We believe in making clean and natural fruit-based alcohol, with no artificial flavors or colors.

Before humans invented beer, sake and most other alcohols, nature was making alcohol from fruit all on its own. Fruit-based alcohol is the most ancient and the original of all alcohols. By fermenting the highest quality ingredients that nature can offer - fruit! - we are able to provide you with the best and most delicious drinks possible.

HARD SELTZER

FruitCraft hard seltzers are the highest quality on the market because they are derived from fruit. 95% of all hard seltzers currently on the market, are malt based - made through fermenting malted barley. At FruitCraft, we dont mess with ingredients like malted barley and have designed our hard seltzers to utilize the highest quality ingredients available.

HARD CIDER 

 Our hard cider is made with fresh local apples from the California Fruit Company in Encinitas, CA. We make batches throughout the year right in our Hillcrest tasting room. Our traditional chilled cider is dry, crisp and refreshing, fermented at low temperatures and perfect for the changing seasons.

MEAD   

Mead is a fermented beverage made of water, honey and yeast. Meads are typically carbonated, or dry, sweet, semi-sweet. In recent years Mead has been featured and made popular in Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, among other folklore. 

FruitCrafts' Mead is a raw, unfiltered, local wildflower honey derived from Mikolich Honey  in San Diego. Made seasonally in our Hillcrest tasting room, our mead notes include light and semi-sweet with a lingering finish of honey.

EAU DE VIE -  French for "water of life", our un-aged spirits are distilled from fermented fruits  making the spirits a super premium spirit. Our three distilled spirits are paired with fresh squeezed juices, natural wines from fruit to make some of the best cocktails you've ever tasted.
