BAR

The Better Together bar serves as the main tasting room with a 125 standing guest capacity and 100 seated guest capacity. We created a light and airy atmosphere as an extension of the outside with instagrammable walls and lush greenery to seal the deal. FruitCraft’s design elements honors all things living and is showcased in our living plants that adorn the space, custom made live edge tables and upcycled lighting. The space has 14ft high ceilings, exposed beams with a northern orientation that lets natural light in perfectly positioned for the floor to ceiling plants. Grown with love for over 3 years, the plants aid as a natural focal point for casual wine tasting to events alike.

FERMENTORIUM 

The Fermentorium is a private room located inside the Better Together Bar. At 672 square footage, it has the capacity to host 58 guests seated for formal dinner or 60 guests standing for a more casual affair. Enter through rustic barn doors to a space  beautifully decorated with minimalist grey wall, planter boxes and gorgeous fermentation tanks for a classic urban fermentery feel. 

LIVE EDGE TABLES

FruitCraft custom live edge tables were made from salvaged California Douglas Fir. All the live edge pieces in the tasting room were derived from one Douglas Fir. Gather at our tables over a glass of hard kombucha, hard seltzer, hard cider, wines from fruit or cocktails.
